Security issues in several third party TYPO3 extensions (TYPO3-SA-2009-003)

Security vulnerabilities have been discovered in the following third
party TYPO3 extensions:

"Accessibility Glossary" (a21glossary),
"Calendar Base" (cal),
"Flat Manager" (flatmgr)
