Announcing TYPO3 CMS 7.6.20 LTS and 8.7.3 LTS

Dear TYPO3 World,

we received reports in the last couple of hours that the downloaded
release packages of versions 7.6.20 and 8.7.3 from
https://get.typo3.org have incorrect SHA256 checksums. Unfortunatelly
we can confirm this issue and are thankful to the reporters.

The mentioned packages are the first ones that were delivered using a
new CDN based on Azure cloud storage. The cached data seems to be
outdated and incorrect.

That's why we suggest to download the released files directly from the
storage with by-passing CDN caches by using the following links:

The download links at https://typo3.org/download/ and
https://get.typo3.org currently result in incorrect file contents. We
are going to investigate and fix this issue. For the time being, please
use the mentioned links mentioned above in this announcement.

We are sorry for any inconvenience the switch to a new CDN might have
